Bharatbhai Parikh, a dynamic and visionary Mechanical Engineer, son of Shree Himatlal and Ramaben, was born on 17th March 1955.

After perusing the degree of Mechanical Engineering in 1975 at Lakhdhirji Engineering College – Morbi, Bharatbhai joined Chaugule & Co. Ltd., ship building division at Ghogha, Bhavnagar. During his tenure Chaugule Group companies were one of the leading Business House.

Bharatbhai a vibrant leader subsequently left Chaugule Group, and took a first step towards entrepreneurship and started a small firm for ship repair job and ultimately established an industry under the name of Delta Electrotech Pvt.Ltd. at Ahmedabad.

Bharatbhai father of two loving children, Payal Gandhi (Mechanical Engineer)  and Prit Parikh (Biomedical Engineer) married Artiben on 20th July 1980.

Bharatbhai, a true entrepreneur, and a dynamic engineer lived a life of true champion, which Mahamad Ali later defined as“Champions are not made in gymnasium, Champions are made from something, they have deep inside them. A desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have last minute stamina, they have to be little faster. They have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill”

He was outspoken, a savior for down trodden, especially he encouraged education activities to need based identified groups. In personal relationships his policy was to forget and to forgive.

He left this planet on 27th June 1998 at the age of 43 years only. But he still lives in the heart of those who live behind him, especial family, friends and colleagues.

Inspired by his dynamism and vision, his family continued the development process. Both Payal and Prit are at present exploring their growth at U.S.A.

His family members, colleagues, and friends continues to miss his presence, even after a long spell.
