Pravinchandra Parikh, a visionary and dynamic engineer, son of Shri Bansilal Parikh and Suryaben Parikh was born on 14^th may 1944 at Dhrangadhra, a small town of Surendranagar Disctirct.

He was elder amongst all siblings, this position prepared him for family loyalty, peer pressure, and peer support. His position taught him value of compromise when living in large groups. He completed his primary education at Dhrangadhra. He completed technical education (Diploma) in both Mechanical and electrical engineering from Bhavanagar.

During schooling he was a good sportsman. He loved music and chess. Mathematics & English were his favourite subjects. He was staunch follower of Lord Swaminarayan.

A good entrepreneur and dynamic engineer. He joined his family business initially and married on 28^th January 1969.

Pravinbhai, a loving and caring husband of Bakulaben later joined a private firm at Junagadh and subsequently he joined Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation as engineer at construction division Bhavnagar. During job he worked at various places like Junagadh, Bhavnagar and Lastly at corporate office  Ahmedabad. During his service life he rendered his service with dynamism and vision and helped the state in its mission.

Pravinbhai, father of two loving children, Dr. Biren Parikh M.D. and Mitul Parikh persuaded for carrier development and character building of both sons. Dr. Biren is at present involved in BAPS medico spiritual services, Mitul Parikh also helps society through his business of HDFC home loans. Mrs. Panisha works for children education (indirectly for character buildings of new generation).

Pravinbhai left this planet at the age of 44 years on 1^st April 1988. Juvenile diabetes proved lethal for him.

His mission and vision remained continuous source of inspiration to all who lived with him including his family members, friends, colleagues and well-wishers. They continued to lead a pious life and are inclined to affection for truth and dedicated to services of mankind.

His blessings has continuously led to his family members to happiness, progress and prosperity.
